RAJ HARIKE

My work has been my passion especially for the past 10 years where NZSURE went from insuring only few clients to now insuring over 1200 families. Other than work, I do like to spend some time travelling, playing badminton or just keeping myself busy with kids as I see them grow living in this beautiful country called New Zealand.

I have been in the insurance industry for the past 14+ years and emphasis on long-term relationship building. I am proud to be an adviser for NZSURE Hamilton, a company that values family and community. I love helping people understand personal insurance and how it can best help you and your individual needs.

I am an outgoing person, who sees the little details that make up the big picture. I can creatively apply solutions to problems that you didn’t know were there, to make life little easier and brighter. My goal is to do my job to the best of my ability, which means to be the best at all times, but always with the sincerest of smiles on my face. I believe work should bring a sense of satisfaction each day, which in turn brings you joy.

MILAN SAVLA

I joined NZSURE team in 2019 and am the youngest team member with lots of energy and passion for the industry. I have worked with Contact Energy and Vodafone for their B2C sales before joining the team. I love connecting with new people and building long-term relationships let it be business or personal. I am a qualified Financial Advisor specialising in Life and Health Strand and recently completed Level 5 certification in Financial Services through Strategy and am a big advocate of the 6 step Advice process. I love playing cricket on Saturdays and mostly watch Bollywood movies in my idle time. I am an avid cook who like to put variation on the table every now and then.

HIREN CHHEDA

I have had a decade of experience working in retail sales in Dubai and moved to New Zealand to pursue further studies in Construction management. When I got the opportunity to work at NZSURE, I joined as a 2IC working with Raj and after getting an extensive knowledge and completing level 5 studies in financial services, I have decided to jump into the advisor space as a servicing advisor to the existing client base. I am open to a discussion if you think there is a GAP in your personal risk insurance plan. I like to spend my free time with kids and just be happy with life in general.

ATHARVA DEOKAR

As the youngest and newest member of NZSure Team, I bring fresh energy and dedication to my role as a Broker Support for Raj. I am currently pursuing a Master of Applied Finance at the University of Waikato. My responsibilities include ensuring all regulatory and compliance paperwork is meticulously handled and coordinating with insurance companies to manage client health and life insurance policies.

Growing up in a family of insurance advisers, I developed a deep passion for the industry and am driven by the desire to protect and secure the lives of others. I am committed to becoming an insurance broker to provide peace of mind and financial security to families and individuals. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, travelling, learning about the latest technology, and cooking during my leisure time.
