RAJ HARIKE

I started my insurance career in 2007 and developed the passion for this industry very quickly with starting NZSURE in 2011. Almost a decade and half later, I can say that my satisfaction comes with every single claim that we settle and help the families insured with us. Me and my team are there for you from the time you decide to insure your personal risk with us, right through till the time if and when you need to make a claim and after.

My work has been my passion especially for the past 10 years where NZSURE went from insuring only few clients to now insuring over 1200 families. Other than work, I do like to spend some time travelling, playing badminton or just keeping myself busy with kids as I see them grow living in this beautiful country called New Zealand.

HIREN CHHEDA

I have had a decade of experience working in retail sales in Dubai and moved to New Zealand to pursue further studies in Construction management. When I got the opportunity to work at NZSURE, I joined as a 2IC working with Raj and after getting an extensive knowledge and completing level 5 studies in financial services, I have decided to jump into the advisor space as a servicing advisor to the existing client base. I am open to a discussion if you think there is a GAP in your personal risk insurance plan. I like to spend my free time with kids and just be happy with life in general.

RINUS JANSE VAN RENSBURG

I’m a qualified and registered financial adviser with a strong focus on personal risk insurance and health insurance. I help individuals and families protect what matters most — their health, income, and future — by providing clear, practical advice tailored to their unique needs.I also work confidently with business owners and company directors to implement comprehensive solutions for shareholding insurance and key person insurance. These are critical tools that help ensure business continuity, protect stakeholder interests, and safeguard leadership teams from unexpected events.

MILAN SAVLA

I joined NZSURE team in 2019 and am the youngest team member with lots of energy and passion for the industry. I have worked with Contact Energy and Vodafone for their B2C sales before joining the team. I love connecting with new people and building long-term relationships let it be business or personal. I am a qualified Financial Advisor specialising in Life and Health Strand and recently completed Level 5 certification in Financial Services through Strategy and am a big advocate of the 6 step Advice process. I love playing cricket on Saturdays and mostly watch Bollywood movies in my idle time. I am an avid cook who like to put variation on the table every now and then.

BHARTI PARSOTAM

I joined NZ Sure in 2019 as an administrator and have been in the insurance industry for 11 years. I have also worked in banking in customer support so I know how important it is to build a rapport with clients. When you call the 0800 number, I will likely be the person at the other end of the phone. I am here to listen and help or point you in the right direction. I am a born and bred Kiwi and appreciate that we live in a great country.

SARVESH RAI

I began my professional journey in insurance admin support, spending over two years gaining valuable experience in client service and operational processes. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, where I spent 11 years as a Business Development Manager.

In 2023, my family and I relocated to New Zealand to embrace fresh opportunities and continue my career growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management, which underpins my proactive and results-driven approach.

Today, I am proud to be a part of NZSure Ltd. I focus on managing regulatory and compliance documentation with great attention to detail, while working closely with insurance providers and advisors to ensure seamless management of our clients’ health and life insurance needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through cricket and gym workouts, and spending time with my family and kids.
